Location: Scotia Barn
(Right after the Dinner & Dance at the Westin Hotel)
How to Attend
1.Get Your Tickets Tickets are only $60! Purchase them online at School Cash Online.
2. Submit Required Forms Complete the Dry Grad Acknowledgement & Waiver Form and submit it to the BNSS office no later than May 31, 2025.
3. Inviting Guests? If you'd like to invite a guest, complete the Guest Application Form and submit it to the BNSS office along with their Acknowledgement & Waiver Form. Please note: Guest applications are limited to the first 25 approvals.
The Event
After the Dinner & Dance at the Westin Hotel, buses will pick you up and take you directly to Scotia Barn. You’ll arrive at 11:00 PM and check in upon entry. Important: You must be registered and have submitted the Acknowledgement & Waiver Form. No alcohol, drugs, smoking, or vaping allowed. Bags will be checked upon arrival. Feel free to change into more comfortable clothing, either at the Westin or at the event venue.

Grad Winter Gala – Boat Cruise
Thursday, February 27, 2025
Grade 12 students are invited to attend the Winter Gala, an exciting boat cruise of Vancouver Harbour.

Transportation: Students will take a bus to False Creek to board the cruise and return to the school at approximately 10:00 PM.

Event Highlights: Dinner and dancing aboard the cruise.

Dress Code: Smart attire.

Ticket Info:
Each student receives two free tickets.
Additional tickets: $5.00 each (available at the office starting May 16th, while supplies last).
Additional Info:
Free parking for families in the North parking lot at SFU.
Students should not bring belongings (no storage available).
Dress warmly and wear comfortable shoes (outdoor venue).
Graduation Dinner & Dance

Details:
Cost? $130 – Please pay through School Cash Online. A ticket is required to attend. Tickets are available until June 12th.

This is a formal event where grade 12 students will have dinner and a dance at a downtown hotel and sometimes called a “prom.”

Students will be admitted into the Dinner and Dance from 6:00 pm – 6:30 pm (no late entries).

Students are welcome to take pictures with family and friends before 6:00 pm at the Westin Bayshore.

Please note that this is a student-only event. No family or non-Burnaby North Grad 2023 friends are permitted into the event.
